There are options for standalone bike stands, though the bike stand is not available by itself from the HideOut 2 Bike Storage Stand and Transport Kit for Lets Go Aero BossHog Hitch-Mounted Cargo Carrier # H01564, it does come only with the stand, cover, and net.
If you wanted just a stand, there is the 6-Bike Floor Stand - Swagman Park It 6 # S64019 for numerous bikes at once, or you can get separate stands for each bike with the Feedback Sports RAKK Bike Floor Stand # 301-13989 or Feedback... view full answer...

For your tires I suggest the Swagman Bike Stand # S64018. This floor stand accepts tires up to 2-1/2-inches wide so it will provide a good fit and keep your bike safely stored.
Please check out the linked video that will show you all the design features of this bike stand. view full answer...
The full diameter of a bike tire would not be inserted into the supports of the Hollywood Racks bike parking stand # HRPS10 so the stand should still accommodate a bike with 29s. But only just. The opening is 25-5/8 inches tall so only part of the tire would fit in the opening.
We have one of these set up here and the largest bike tire currently in it is 27 inches in diameter. There is some space left over so I am confident that a 29er would fit. Large knobby tires would not fit as well.

The Feedback Sports RAKK XL Bike Floor Stand # 301-17345 will work with tires up to 5" and does not have a weight limit listed since the rack is not supporting all of the bikes weight. view full answer...
For your application I recommend checking out the Feedback Sports Sprint Bike Work Stand # 301-16690. This is a fork mount stand that doesn't require the seat post like our other work stands do. The only thing you'll want to check is the distance from the front fork to the bottom bracket since the maximum distance for the Sprint stand is 790mm. If your EliptiGO MSUB falls within this range then you're good to go!
Attached is a review video for you to check out. view full answer...

The Swagman Park It 3 Floor Bike Stand # S64018 does not have a rated weight limit.
As long as your bike's pannier weight is evenly distributed on both sides you will not have any issue with its high weight. The stand's 48-inch overall length will provide stability. view full answer...
The Hollywood Racks Bicycle Parking Stand # HRPS16 has openings for bike tires that are approximately 27 inches tall but since the full height of the tire won't have to be placed in the opening a 29 inch mountain bike tire would fit.
Another option is a stand such as the Swagman Park It # S64018. The height of the tire would not matter for this rack as long as the tires are no more than 2-1/2 inches wide. view full answer...

We do not have an Inno single bike rack that can accommodate the 54" wheel base of your stand-up bike, none of the Inno racks that we have carry anything over a 48" wheel base.
I do not know specifically what brand/style of stand-up bike that you have, but most of the models that I have seen will require that you use a platform rack with a wheel mount style. This is because there is no seat post to use an adapter for a hanging style or frame mount style.
The closest that we have is the... view full answer...
Due to the lack of space between the bottom of the rear door and the top of the receiver hitch, the swinging bike racks are not a good option for your RAV4. Although the rack is capable of swinging, the foot of the rack will prevent the door from being opened for more than a few inches.
To carry 2 or 3 bikes, a spare tire mounted rack would be your best option, although opening the rear door while the bikes are attached to the rack is not recommended due to the fact that the additional... view full answer...
The Swagman Park City # S64016 Bicycle Parking Stand isn't really intended for the use you propose, but if you can devise some way to secure the rack to the floor and the bikes to the rack, I see no reason whatsoever why it wouldn't work. view full answer...
The Swagman Park It 3 Bike Floor Stand S64018 will accept tires up to 2-1/2-inches wide.
The rack's 48 x 14-inch footprint and sturdy steel tubing construction mean it will be stable even when loaded with 3 bikes.

A truck bed cap/cover will not interfere whatsoever with the Thule truck bed bike rack you asked about, which is the following part number:
- Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack # TH93VR
The Insta-Gater # TH93VR stands just 6-5/8" tall, so it won't have any contact with the top of your truck bed cap. That said, I don't have any way of knowing how tall your bike is to know if you can stand it up, so you'd need to measure the height from the floor to the bed cap and then measure the... view full answer...
Yes, the Boone Docking Station Bike Rack Storage Stand # BH92422 will hold both sections of your Hollywood Racks Sport Rider HR1400.
Whether these two parts can fit when both are loaded with your bikes comes down to the specific bikes' design and size and in which positions on the Docking Station you install them. You can see this positioning flexibility in the linked video and photo. You may need to use the very top and very bottom positions. view full answer...
